Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the www.wolisa.co.za website operated by Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd.  Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd & its affiliates/suppliers & staff will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, theft, loss or consequential damages of any kind. 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

1. PAYMENTS

1.1. Payments on products & services, including delivery costs where applicable, are to be paid in full upon issue & presentation of the tax invoice;

1.2. A 2% late payment fee will be charged monthly for all unpaid amounts not settled after issuing & presentation of tax invoice;

1.3. All materials/products remains the property of Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd until paid in full. Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd reserves the right to repossess any or all delivered/installed materials/products, as well as institute legal action to collect damages for any loss and/or unpaid charges/fees incurred.

1.4. The address appearing on the quotation or tax invoice will serve and is hereby chosen as the other party’s domicilium citandi et executandi address for service of all processes and correspondence.

1.5. Electronic payments can be made into the following bank account:

1.6. Proof of electronic payment must be emailed to accounts@wolisa.co.za;

2. WARRANTIES

2.1. A call out fee & labor fee may be charged, 48 hours after the issuing of tax invoice;

2.2. From date of installation - 12 Months Workmanship Warranty;

2.3. Warranties for all products & services shall be terminated in cases of misuse, accidental/willful damage, acts of nature, electrical surges/lightning, liquid or fire damage or tampering by any parties other than Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd authorized technicians.

2.4. Service Exchange/Reconditioned products for use as indicated by manufacturers specifications – PC boards and power supply units – 3 Months Manufacturer's Warranty(unless otherwise specified per quotation or tax invoice) from date of invoice; 

2.5. New(Boxed) gate or garage door motors/energizers/PC boards/smartphones/smartwatches/laptops/tablets/desktop screens/welding machines/cctv cameras & DVRs for use as indicated by manufacturers specifications – 12 Months Manufacturer's Warranty(unless otherwise specified per quotation or tax invoice) from date of invoice;

2.6. Warranty claim items shall; after a detailed inspection of item(s) under warranty by an authorized Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd or Manufacturer's technician; be repaired/replaced or returned to the customer in an "unrepaired state"(if item/s are to be found in a state which is described within Clause 2.3 of the Warranties section)  

2.7. All valid and invalid warranty claims shall incur a call out and/or labor charge;

2.8. Any type of products not as indicated in Clause 2.5 has NO warranty(unless otherwise specified per quotation or tax invoice);

3. QUOTATIONS

3.1 Valid for 7(seven) days only(unless otherwise specified on quotation).

3.2 No delivery/installation will commence prior to the quotation being signed & the minimum required deposit amount is paid(available) into the account of Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd.

Changes To Terms & Conditions

Wolisa Trading Pty Ltd reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
